NEWS & UPDATES
March has been fantastic! Thank you to our amazing community for diving with us, supporting the crew, and creating unforgettable underwater memories.
Our creature of the month is the Manta Ray, and with Manta season now underway, sightings are becoming more frequent. These gentle giants are known for their intelligence and curious nature, with one of the largest brain-to-body ratios in the ocean. They move effortlessly through the water, feeding on plankton, and can grow to impressive wingspans of nearly 30 feet. Each manta also has its own unique pattern on its belly, making every individual easy to recognize—like a fingerprint. Every encounter with them feels truly unforgettable.
To celebrate the season, for the entire month of April, we’re offering 20% OFF all main PADI courses—including Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue, and Dive Master. Whether you’re just starting your diving journey or ready to take the next step, this is the perfect time to dive in.
Meet Our New Captain, Danny
We’re thrilled to introduce Danny, our newest captain! Based in Huacas, Danny brings over eight years of experience on the water, with a background in sport fishing. He has a true passion for the ocean and everything it has to offer, and loves connecting with people while sharing that passion. Danny is always looking to learn more, knowing that every day at sea is different. What he enjoys most is taking others out to discover the incredible marine life this country has to offer—we’re so excited to have him as part of the team.
The Dive Report | March PADI Graduates Open Water & Advanced
Join us in congratulating a couple of our March PADI Open Water and Advanced graduates — welcome to the dive community! These divers have completed their training, logged their first open-water dives, and are already exploring the wonders below the surface. If you’re ready to take the next step or are thinking about furthering your scuba training, message us today, and we’ll help you plan your next course.
Secure Your Spot On Our Liveaboard Trip To Cocos Island
Cocos Island is one of those dives that stays with you. Located 550 kilometers off the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is widely regarded as one of the top dive destinations on the planet — and for good reason. The waters around Cocos are home to massive schools of scalloped hammerhead sharks, whale sharks, giant manta rays, dolphins, and more marine life than most divers will ever see in one place.
A liveaboard is the only way to experience Cocos Island — there are no hotels, no day trips, just the open ocean and what’s beneath it. You’ll spend several days living on the boat, diving multiple times a day, and going deeper into one of the most remote and pristine marine environments in the world.
We have spots available on an upcoming liveaboard trip and they will go fast. If this is on your dive bucket list — and it should be — reach out to us today and we’ll get you the details.
